OP4 LLC ("OP4," "we," "us") operates this website. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the site and respond to inquiries. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
- Inquiries. When you email us, we receive the contents of your message and your email address so we can reply.
- Analytics. We use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand site traffic. It does not use cookies to track you across sites or build an advertising profile.
- Server logs. Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs (such as IP address and user agent) for security and reliability.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, operate and secure the site, and understand aggregate usage. That's it. We don't use your information for advertising, and we don't share it except with the service providers that host the site and route our email.
Cookies & tracking
The site does not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Because our analytics are cookieless and privacy-respecting, no consent banner is required.
Retention
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle the conversation and any resulting engagement, then delete or archive them per our records practices.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, request a copy, or ask us to delete it. Email andrew@op4.co and we'll respond promptly.
